Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled peanuts

  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds

  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Toast peanuts in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle chili powder, sugar, cumin seeds, and salt over the peanuts, and mix well.

  3. Transfer to a food processor and process until creamy.

Cook's Note:

You can remove the peanut skins if you like.
