Retro Bing Bars

This Retro Bing Bar recipe is a homemade version of the Twin Bing candy bars from the 1960s. They are rich, sweet, and really like candy, so cut them into small pieces for a nice treat (a 1-inch square is sufficient!). Store them in a cool place in an airtight container, separating layers with waxed paper.
