Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, peanut butter, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
