Summer In A Cup Smoothie

With bananas, raspberries, pomegranate and oranges, this smoothie captures the best flavors of the summer in one delicious snack.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 1 ¼ cups frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed

  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen

  • ½ cup pomegranate juice

  • ¾ cup orange juice

  • ¾ cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.

  2. Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Add more unsweetened original Almond Breeze or fruit juice if too thick. If not sweet enough, add more banana.

Cook's Note:

Can be frozen and made into popsicles! You will need about 1 cup frozen, sliced banana.
