Ingredients

2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth

2 cups fresh or frozen corn

1 cup half-and-half cream

⅓ cup chopped onion

⅓ cup chopped sweet red pepper

¼ cup all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

½ cup cold water

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 cup Pure Farmland® Bacon, fully cooked, chopped

1 cup Farmland® Cubed Ham

1 sprig Snipped fresh dill
Directions

In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, corn, cream, onion, and red pepper and bring to a boil.

In a bowl, combine flour, water, salt, and pepper until smooth and gradually stir into the saucepan. Bring back to a boil and stir for approximately 2 minutes, or until thickened.

Add bacon and ham. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until veggies are desired tenderness.

Serve and garnish with dill if desired.
