1. 1 lb. lump crabmeat -
2. 1/3 c. bread crumbs -
3. 1/3 c. mayonnaise -
4. 1 large egg, lightly beaten -
5. 1/4 c. finely chopped chives -
6. 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
10. 4 burger buns, split -
11. 4 pieces Bibb lettuce -
12. 3 tbsp. mayonnaise -
13. Juice of 1/2 lemon -
14. 1 tbsp. dill pickle relish -
15. 1 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning -

How to cook deliciously - Crab Cake Burgers

1. Stage

In a large bowl, stir together crabmeat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, chives, and Worcestershire and season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

2. Stage

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook burgers until golden, about 5 minutes per side.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, relish, and Old Bay seasoning.
