1. 6 English muffins, split -
2. 2 tablespoons butter, melted -
3. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened -
4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise -
5. 2 large egg yolks -
6. 1 green onion, finely chopped -
7. 1/8 teaspoon salt -
8. 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard -
9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
10. Dash hot pepper sauce -
11. 1 cup lump crabmeat, drained -

How to cook deliciously - Crab Melt Sandwiches

1. Stage

Brush muffins with butter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil 3 in. from the heat for 3-5 minutes or until toasted.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, egg yolks, onion and seasonings. Fold in crab. Spread 3 tablespoons crab mixture over each muffin half.

3. Stage

Broil for 2-3 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
