3. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda -
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
5. 1 cup chopped fresh cranberries -
6. 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts -
7. 3/4 cup orange juice -
8. 3/4 cup granulated sugar -
9. 1/4 cup butter, melted -
10. 1 egg, beaten -
11. 1 Tbsp orange zest -

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Orange Nut Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

Combine the dry ingredients: Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

Combine the wet ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the orange juice, sugar, melted butter, egg, and orange zest.

Add the wet ingredients into dry: Pour the orange juice and sugar mixture into the flour mixture. Fold until just blended. (Don't over-mix!) Fold in the cranberries and nuts.

5. Stage

Bake: Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until done (a tester inserted into the center comes out clean).

6. Stage
