3. 1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk -
4. 1 tsp. orange liqueur (such as Cointreau) -
5. 1 (750-mL) bottle Champagne, sparkling wine, Prosecco, or Cava -
6. Orange wedges, for garnish -

1. Stage

In a tall glass or large measuring cup, stir orange juice, half-and-half, milk, and orange liqueur until combined.

2. Stage

Divide orange juice mixture among champagne glasses. Top off with champagne. Garnish with orange wedges.
