How to cook deliciously - Creamy Cheese Grits

1. Stage

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add pinch of salt and gradually whisk in grits. Cover and cook over low heat, whisking often, until grits are thick and just tender, about 25 minutes. Stir in butter and cheese, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
