1. 1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4 inch pieces -
2. 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained -
3. 1 can (15-1/2 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained -
4. 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained -
5. 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce -
6. 3 medium carrots, thinly sliced -
7. 2 small onions, sliced into rings -
8. 1/2 cup dry red wine or beef broth -
9. 2 tablespoons brown sugar -
10. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
11. 1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme -

1. Stage

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; transfer to an ungreased 3-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 375° for 60-70 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
