1. 2 small celery ribs -
2. 2 tbsp. minced onion -
3. 1 medium green heirloom tomato -
4. 1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest -
5. 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice -
6. Salt -
7. 1 1/2 lb. chilled red tomatoes -
8. 1/2 c. chilled vodka -
9. 1 c. ice cubes -
10. 1 tsp. tomato paste -
11. 1/2 small red chile -
12. 1/2 tsp. celery salt -
13. 4 medium celery ribs and 4 thin green chiles -

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Tomato Bloody Marys

1. Stage

Prepare the garnish: In a bowl, toss the celery with the onion, tomato, lemon zest, and juice and season with salt. Refrigerate while you make the drinks.

2. Stage

Make the Bloody Mary: In a blender, puree the tomatoes, vodka, ice, tomato paste, chile, and celery salt; pour into glasses. Spoon the garnish on top, add a celery rib and chile to each glass, and serve.
