1. 1 tube (8 ounces) reduced-fat crescent rolls -
2. 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese -
3. 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix -
4. 2 tablespoons fat-free milk -
5. 1/2 cup each chopped fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green pepper, sweet red pepper and mushrooms -

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Veggie Pizza

1. Stage

Pop open those crescent roll cans, and unroll the dough into one long rectangle. Press it onto the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Seal the seams and perforations of the dough together with your fingers.

Bake at 375°F for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Let the crust cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, ranch mix and milk until smooth. Then, spread over the cooled crust.

Sprinkle the vegetables over the cream cheese mixture and the crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Cut the veggie pizza into 16 pieces and serve.
