1. 2 cups water -
2. 1-1/2 cups sugar -
3. 4 cups unsweetened apple juice -
4. 1 cup unsweetened pineapple or orange juice -
5. 1/2 cup lemon juice -
6. 30 freezer pop molds or 20 paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks -

How to cook deliciously - Fruit Juice Pops

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat; stir in juices.

2. Stage

Fill molds with 1/4 cup juice mixture or cups with 1/3 cup juice mixture. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.
