3. 1 c. ricotta -
4. 2 oz. cream cheese -
5. 3 tbsp. powdered sugar -
6. 1 tbsp. sugar -
7. Assorted fruit, for topping -

How to cook deliciously - Fruit Pizza

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425ºF. On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough. Transfer dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until lightly golden, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, using a stand or hand mixer, beat ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.

3. Stage

Sprinkle baked dough with sugar and spread with ricotta mixture. Top with assorted fruit, like kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries.
