Ingredients for - Garlic Shrimp and Pasta

1. 2 tbsp. cornstarch -
2. 1 3/4 c. Swanson® Chicken Stock -
3. 3 clove garlic -
4. 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley -
5. 3 tbsp. lemon juice -
6. tsp. ground red pepper -
7. 1 lb. fresh medium shrimp -
8. 4 c. hot cooked thin spaghetti -

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Shrimp and Pasta

1. Stage

Heat the cornstarch, stock, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and red pepper in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens.

2. Stage

Add the shrimp to the saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through. Toss the shrimp mixture with the spaghetti.
