1. 1/4 cup butter, cubed -
2. 4 celery ribs, chopped -
3. 2 medium onions, chopped -
4. 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley -
5. 1-1/2 teaspoons salt -
6. 1-1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage -
7. 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning -
8. 1 teaspoon dried thyme -
9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
10. 1-1/2 pounds day-old gluten-free bread, cubed -
11. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten -
12. 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth or vegetable broth -

How to cook deliciously - Gluten-Free Stuffing

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the celery and onions, then cook and stir until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in the parsley, salt, sage, poultry seasoning, thyme and pepper.

In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with the vegetable mixture. Combine the eggs and broth, then add them to the bread mixture and toss to coat.

3. Stage

Transfer everything to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Cover and bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 160°, 15 to 20 minutes. If desired, top with additional parsley just before serving.
