2. 8 slices sourdough bread -
3. 3 c. shredded mozzarella -
4. 1 c. crumbled feta -
5. 1 (16-oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped -
6. 1/2 c. pitted kalamata olives, halved -
7. 2 tbsp. freshly torn dill -

How to cook deliciously - Greek Grilled Cheese

1. Stage

Butter one side of bread slices and lay four of the slices butter-side down. Top each slice with a quarter each of the mozzarella, feta cheese, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, and dill. Top each with a remaining bread slice, butter-side up.

2. Stage

Repeat with remaining sandwiches to make 4 sandwiches total.
