How to cook deliciously - Grilled Skirt Steak with Corn-Tomato Salsa

1. Stage

Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side for medium rare, then transfer steak to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let sit, 10 minutes.
