2. 56 buttery crackers (2 c. fine cracker crumbs) -
3. 6 tbsp. unsalted butter -
4. 6 large Eggland’s Best eggs -
5. 3/4 c. whole milk -
6. 2 tbsp. unbleached all-purpose flour -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper  -
9. 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese -
10. 1 c. diced deli black forest ham (about 6 oz.) -
11. 1/4 c. fresh parsley leaves, chopped -

How to cook deliciously - Ham and Cheese Omelet Sticks

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375°. Grease an 8-by-8 baking dish with cooking spray and line with parchment. Grease parchment.

2. Stage

In a food processor pulse the crackers until fine crumbs. Add the butter and pulse until combined. Pour the cracker mixture into the prepared baking dish and press into a firm even crust.

Bake the crust until lightly golden, about 14 minutes. Remove to a wire rack.

4. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Stir 1 cup of the cheese, ham, and parsley into the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture over the hot crust.

5. Stage

Bake until the egg is set, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool 15 minutes, then slice into sticks and serve.
