Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix the egg, creamy peanut butter, oat bran and maple syrup together in a large bowl.

Scoop out level tablespoons of dough and shape them into balls. Place them on ungreased baking sheets and flatten each with a fork to get those classic lines. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Once done, remove the cookies from the baking sheets and let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
