4. 2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, well drained -
5. 3/4 cup chopped green pepper -
6. 1 celery rib, thinly sliced -
7. 1/4 cup chopped red onion -
8. HONEY LIME DRESSING: -
9. 1/4 cup canola oil -
10. 1/4 cup honey -
11. 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard -
12. 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest -
13. 1/4 teaspoon paprika -
14. 1/8 teaspoon salt -
15. Dash white pepper -
16. 1 cup honey-roasted cashews -
