1. 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chiles -
2. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten -
3. 1/3 cup salsa -
4. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion -
5. 1 garlic clove, minced -
6. 1 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
8. 2 pounds ground beef -
9. 3/4 cup finely crushed corn chips -
10. 8 flour tortillas (10 inches), warmed -
11. Topping: -
12. Chopped tomatoes -
13. Chopped ripe olives -
14. Shredded Cheddar cheese -
15. Shredded lettuce -
16. Salsa -
17. Sour cream -

How to cook deliciously - Mexican Beef Burgers

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Crumble beef and chips over mixture; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 8 patties.

2. Stage

Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 6-9 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Wrap burgers and desired toppings in tortillas.
