2. 4 cups fresh baby spinach -
3. 1 cup each chopped green pepper, celery and green onions -
4. 1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed and patted dry -
5. 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise -
6. 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese -
7. 1/2 cup shredded Romano cheese -
8. 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon -

1. Stage

In a large salad bowl, layer the lettuce, spinach, green pepper, celery, green onions and peas. Spread with mayonnaise. Combine the cheeses; sprinkle cheeses and bacon over mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
