How to cook deliciously - No-Bake Blueberry Pie

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch, then stir in the water, mixing until the blend is smooth. Bring the liquid to a boil over medium heat, then keep it at an energetic simmer, stirring often, for two minutes.

Add in the blueberries, simmering for another three minutes while stirring often.

Pour the cooked filling into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly, then chill the pie in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Garnish each serving with whipped cream if desired.
