1. 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk -

3. 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed -
4. 3-5 drops yellow food coloring, optional -
5. 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches) -
6. Grated lemon zest, optional -

How to cook deliciously - No-Bake Lemon Pie

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and lemon juice. Let the mixture stand for five minutes.

2. Stage

Fold the whipped topping into the milk and lemon juice. If desired, stir in the food coloring for a little brightness.

Spoon the mixture into the crust. Use the back of a spoon or a mini offset spatula to spread out the filling if needed. Refrigerate the pie until it’s set. If desired, sprinkle with lemon zest. Serve. Editor's Tip: You could make the pie and let it sit in the fridge overnight, but it doesn't need the full eight hours to set. It'll take just a few hours to reach the creamy consistency you're looking for.
