Ingredients for - Oven-Baked Risotto

1. 1 c. regular long-grain white rice -
2. 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup -
3. 1 1/2 c. water -
4. 1 c. milk -
5. 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese -
6. 2 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes -
7. 2 tbsp. Parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Oven-Baked Risotto

1. Stage

Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Stir the rice, soup, water, milk, cheese and tomatoes in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover the baking dish.

2. Stage

Bake for 30 minutes.  Stir the rice mixture.

3. Stage

Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until the rice is tender.  Let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley.

Tip: Add 1/2 cup frozen peas to the rice mixture before baking.Vitamin A 5%DV, Vitamin C 7%DV, Calcium 11%DV, Iron 9%DV
