Ingredients for - Oven-Roasted Ribs

1. 1 1/2 rack St. Louis-style ribs -
2. 1/4 c. Texas Campfire Dry Rub -
3. 1/2 c. beer -

How to cook deliciously - Oven-Roasted Ribs

1. Stage

Season ribs generously with spice rub on both sides.

2. Stage

Lay ribs in a large piece of foil with sides up and pour in the beer. Form a pocket with the foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours.

3. Stage

Remove ribs from oven and let cool. Cut ribs so they are all in one-bone pieces.

4. Stage

Grill pieces over medium-high heat for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Serves as is or with your favorite barbecue sauce.See all recipes from Chef Donald Link.
