1. 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans -
2. 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs -
3. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme -
4. 1/2 teaspoon paprika -
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
6. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each) -
7. 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard -
8. MAPLE-DIJON SAUCE: -
9. 1/4 cup maple syrup -
10. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard -

How to cook deliciously - Pecan-Crusted Chicken

1. Stage

In a shallow bowl, combine the pecans, bread crumbs, thyme, paprika and salt. Place Dijon mustard in another shallow bowl. Next, coat chicken with mustard, and then roll it in pecan mixture.

2. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. Place chicken in baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices run clear. While chicken is baking, combine sauce ingredients; serve on top of chicken or as a dipping sauce.
