1. 1 Persian cucumber -
2. 1 strawberry, sliced -
3. 2 thin lemon slices -
4. 1 thin orange slice -
5. Ice -
6. 2 oz. Pimm’s No. 1 -
7. 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice -
8. Ginger ale and mint sprig, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Pimm's Cup

1. Stage

Using a vegetable peeler, peel cucumber lengthwise into thin strips. Arrange one strip along the inside of a highball glass, lightly pressing to adhere. Add strawberry, lemon, and orange, then fill glass with ice.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Pimm’s and lemon juice. Vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.

Strain into prepared glass. Top off with ginger ale and garnish with mint.

Make Ahead: Fruit can be sliced 1 day ahead. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Pimm’s and lemon juice can be combined 2 days ahead. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. When ready to serve, directly add to the fruit-filled glass—no shaking needed.
