1. 1/2 pound pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips -
2. 1 tablespoon canola oil -
3. 1 garlic clove, minced -
4. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
5. 1/4 teaspoon sugar -
6. 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger -
7. 1/2 cup cold water -
8. 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch -
9. Hot cooked rice, optional -
10. Optional: Thinly sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds -

How to cook deliciously - Quick Ginger Pork

1. Stage

In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry pork in oil until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar and ginger; add to skillet. Combine water and cornstarch until smooth; add to skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. If desired, serve with rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
