How to cook deliciously - Rainbow Muddy Buddies
1. Stage
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and 1/4 c butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave again for 30 seconds, stirring until chips are fully melted and combined. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring to combine, then place in a gallon-sized resealable bag. Add powdered sugar, seal bag and toss to coat.

Spread mixture on a wax paper-covered baking sheet. Set aside.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine remaining butter and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until chips are fully melted. Divide white chocolate into five bowls. Add 2-3 drops of food coloring to each bowl, creating pink, green, yellow and blue white chocolate. For the fifth bowl, combine 2 drops pink and 2 drops blue food coloring, stirring until it’s purple. Drizzle various colors of white chocolate on top of the Muddy Buddies, creating a rainbow effect. Top with Lucky Charms and sprinkles. Let cool in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes. Break apart and serve.
