1. 1 cup soft bread cubes -
2. 1 large egg -
3. 2/3 cup whole milk -
4. 3 tablespoons brown sugar -
5. 1 tablespoon butter, melted -
6. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon -
7. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg -
8. Dash salt -
9. 1/3 cup raisins -
10. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts -
11. Whipped cream and ground cinnamon -

How to cook deliciously - Raisin-Nut Bread Pudding

1. Stage

Place bread cubes in a greased 20-oz. baking dish.

2. Stage

In a bowl, whisk egg and milk. Add brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Pour over bread; sprinkle with raisins and nuts.

3. Stage

Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

4. Stage

Serve warm with whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon.
