2. 2/3 cup soy or oat milk -

7. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste -
8. 3 tablespoons granola -
9. 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes -

1. Stage

In a blender, combine the first 7 ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into two chilled bowls; top with granola, coconut and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
