How to cook deliciously - Roasted Sweet Potatoes

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Rub each potato with some of the oil and prick each all over with a fork 5 or 6 times. Roast the potatoes directly on the rack, placing a sheet of foil on the rack below to catch any drips, until tender, about 40 minutes. Split each and season with salt and pepper.
