2. 2 c. pumpkin seeds -
3. 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for serving -
4. 1 tsp. dried rosemary -
5. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - Rosemary-Parmesan Pumpkin Seeds

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 275°. As it heats, microwave butter in 20-second intervals until fully melted.

2. Stage

Toss the seeds with grated parmesan, rosemary and red pepper, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes, or until lightly golden.

3. Stage

Serve warm with a light sprinkling of fresh parmesan on top.
