Ingredients for - Salmon Pasta Salad

1. 1 package (8 ounces) spiral pasta, cooked and drained -
2. 2 cups fully cooked salmon chunks or 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) pink salmon, drained, bones and skin removed -
3. 1-1/2 cups quartered cherry tomatoes -
4. 1 medium cucumber, quartered and sliced -
5. 1 small red onion, sliced -
6. 1/2 cup canola oil -
7. 1/3 cup fresh lemon or lime juice -
8. 1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed -
9. 1 garlic clove, minced -
10. 3/4 teaspoon salt -
11. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Salmon Pasta Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the salmon, tomatoes, cucumber and onion.

2. Stage

In a separate smaller bowl, make your dressing by combining the oil, lemon or lime juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk the ingredients together well, and pour the dressing over the pasta. Mix the salad so all the pasta is coated in dressing, then cover and chill.
