1. 1 large egg, lightly beaten -
2. 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs -
3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder -
4. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika -
5. 1 pouch (6 ounces) boneless skinless pink salmon -
6. 1 tablespoon olive oil -
7. 2 everything bagels, split and toasted -
8. 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened -
9. 1 tablespoon capers, drained -
10. 1 medium tomato, sliced -
11. 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced into rings -
12. Snipped fresh dill, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Salmon Patty Sandwich

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder and paprika. Add the salmon and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into two patties.

2. Stage

In a large skillet, cook the patties in oil over medium heat until browned, five to six minutes per side. Spread the cut sides of bagels with cream cheese and sprinkle with capers. Serve patties on bagels with tomato, red onion and, if desired, dill.
