1. 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed -
2. 2 tablespoons butter, melted -
3. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt -
4. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chili powder -
5. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder -
6. 1/8 teaspoon onion powder -

How to cook deliciously - Seasoned Green Beans

1. Stage

Nestle the green beans in a steamer basket, and place the basket in a saucepan over 1 inch of water. Bring the water to a boil. Cover and steam the green beans until crisp-tender, seven to eight minutes. Editor’s Tip: Make sure your green beans are properly washed before steaming them. Discard any fully brown green beans.

In a small bowl, stir the melted butter, seasoned salt, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder together until well combined.

Drain the green beans, and place them in a bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the green beans, and toss everything to evenly coat.
