1. 2 pounds cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined -
2. 2 packages (8 ounces each) imitation crabmeat -
3. 4 celery ribs, finely chopped -
4. 1 medium onion, finely chopped -
5. 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives -
6. 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise -
7. 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish -
8. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt -
9. Leaf lettuce -

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp and Crab Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish and seasoned salt; mix well. Add to the shrimp mixture and stir well. Cover and refrigerate. Serve on a lettuce-lined plate.
