Ingredients for - Spaghetti & Meatball Bites

1. 1 lb. ground beef -
2. 1 large egg -
3. 1/3 c. breadcrumbs -
4. 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese -
5. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
6. 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, plus more for garnish -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. 1 tbsp. olive oil -
10. 2 c. marinara sauce -
11. 6 oz. spaghetti, boiled and drained -
12. 1 tsp. chopped parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Spaghetti & Meatball Bites

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 1”-2” balls.

2. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook meatballs until they are seared on all sides, about 4 minutes. Then add marinara sauce and cover with a lid. Cook until meatballs are no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes more.

3. Stage

Using a small fork, gather spaghetti first and then a meatball. Continue until all meatballs are used. Garnish with parsley and serve.
