Ingredients for - Sweet Potato Chips

1. 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 7 ounces each), peeled -
2. Cooking spray -
3. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed -
4. 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes -
5. 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt -
6. 1/2 teaspoon paprika -
7. 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard -
8. Dash white pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato Chips

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the peeled sweet potatoes into 1/8-inch slices. Editor's Tip: You can also leave the peels on the sweet potatoes! The peels are full of nutrients and antioxidants. Spray both sides of the sweet potato slices with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix the rosemary, parsley, garlic salt, paprika, ground mustard and white pepper. Add the potatoes and toss gently to coat.

Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on two 15x10x1-inch baking pans coated with cooking spray. Bake the sweet potato chips in the oven, uncovered, until golden brown and tender, turning several times, for 20 to 25 minutes. Editor's Tip: Watch the sweet potato chips while they bake to prevent them from burning.
