6. 1 loaf (8 ounces) focaccia bread -

8. 1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey -

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Cranberry Sandwich
1. Stage
In a small bowl, mix the mayo, cranberry sauce, pecans, mustard and honey until they’re well blended. Cut the focaccia in half horizontally, using a long serrated knife. Spread the cut sides with the mayonnaise mixture. Layer the bottom half with the lettuce, turkey, cheese, tomato and bacon. Then, replace the top half of the bread.
2. Stage
Cut the sandwich into quarters, and then into wedges. Serve.
