1. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened -
2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise -
3. 1/4 cup Creole mustard -
4. 2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot -
5. 1 tablespoon grated orange zest -
6. 1-1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish -
7. 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce -
8. 4 green onions, sliced -
9. 2 packages (12 ounces each) Hawaiian sweet rolls or 24 dinner rolls, split -
10. 1-1/2 pounds thinly sliced cooked turkey -

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Sliders

1. Stage

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Beat in the mustard, ginger, orange zest and horseradish until combined. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula to ensure everything is mixed together.

2. Stage

In another bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce and green onions until evenly combined.

3. Stage

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the bottom half of the rolls.

4. Stage

Layer on the sliced turkey, cranberry mixture and the roll tops. Slice the sliders to separate the rolls from each other if needed and serve.
