How to cook deliciously - Tuscan Butter Salmon Foil Packs
1. Stage
In a medium bowl, combine butter, parmesan, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper and stir until smooth.
2. Stage
Cut 4 large pieces of foil about 10” long and place salmon in the center of each. Season each filet with salt and pepper.
3. Stage
Divide tomatoes evenly between foil packs, then add a heaping tablespoon of butter to the top of each salmon filet. Fold foil packets crosswise to completely cover salmon, then roll sides to seal packet.
4. Stage
Place foil packets on grill and cook until salmon is cooked through and tomatoes are just starting to burst, 10 to 12 minutes.
5. Stage
Top with basil and serve hot.
