Ingredients for - Vietnamese Prawn Rolls

1. 1 1/2 oz. rice vermicelli noodles -
2. 1/4 small Napa cabbage -
3. 1/2 c. loosely packed fresh mint leaves -
4. 2 tsp. brown sugar -
5. 2 tbsp. lime juice -
6. 1 lb. medium king prawns -
7. 12- by 8-inch rice paper rounds -
8. 1/2 c. hoisin sauce -
9. 2 tbsp. rice vinegar -

How to cook deliciously - Vietnamese Prawn Rolls

1. Stage

Combine chopped vermicelli in medium bowl with cabbage, mint, sugar and juice.

2. Stage

Shell and devein prawns; chop meat finely.

3. Stage

Meanwhile, make hoisin dipping sauce. Combine ingredients in bowl.

4. Stage

Dip one rice paper round into bowl of warm water until soft; place on board covered with tea towel. Top with a little of the prawn meat and noodle filling. Fold and roll to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining rounds, prawn meat and noodle filling.

5. Stage

Serve rolls with hoisin dipping sauce.
