2. 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil -
3. 2 ounces burrata cheese (about 1/4 cup) -

How to cook deliciously - Classic Burrata Toast

1. Stage

Spread toast with olive oil. Spread burrata over toast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. If desired, drizzle with additional olive oil.

2. Stage

Strawberry Basil Burrata Toast : Top burrata with 2 sliced fresh strawberries. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil, salt and pepper.

Roasted Cherry Tomato Burrata Toast: Toss 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil. Place on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast at 400° until tomatoes begin to burst, about 10 minutes. Spread tomatoes over burrata; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
