How to cook deliciously - Coconut Sorbet

1. Stage

In a food processor or blender, blend pineapple until completely pureed, about 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and blend 2 seconds more.

2. Stage

Scrape mixture into a 9 -x-9" loaf pan and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
