3. 2 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
4. 1 tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder

Pour 1/3 cup milk into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.

Combine Cool Whip, frozen milk, remaining 1/3 cup milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cocoa powder in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
