Ingredients for - El Vermut sangria

1. 1 banana , sliced -
2. 1 orange , sliced -
3. 1 pear , sliced -
4. 1 lemon , sliced -
5. 420g can peaches in syrup, cut into thin slices -
6. 200ml Vermut Arlini (or any sweet red vermouth) -
7. 750ml bottle red wine -
8. large handful ice -
9. 200ml bitter lemon or lemonade -
10. extra lemon and orange slices, to garnish (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - El Vermut sangria

1. Stage

Put the banana, orange, pear, lemon and peaches in a large pitcher with the syrup from the can of peaches. Muddle for about 30 seconds with a wooden spoon.

2. Stage

Add the vermouth, briefly muddle, and pour in the red wine.

3. Stage

Add the ice and top up with the bitter lemon or lemonade, then stir to combine. Serve garnished with extra slices of lemon and orange, if you like.
